Your Customer Service Manager will be in charge of conducting routine site audits, ensuring that cleanliness standards are performed to a high level, and setting and achieving weekly priorities as a support system for the site supervisor.

Approachable and responsible

You can get help with cleaning and maintenance issues from your Site Supervisor and Customer Service Manager at any time, day or night. It's like having your own Building or Facility Manager without the high overhead!

Their main responsibility is to seamlessly integrate commercial cleaning employees into your facility so they may carry out your cleaning plan according to your specifications without causing any inconvenience to you. They will also follow up with you and provide continuing quality assurance and assistance.
